Payment

Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal through our payment portal on the-giftingstudio.com.

The credit card you are using must be yours. All credit card/debit holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment method refuses to authorise the payment, the-giftingstudio.com will not be held responsible for any non-delivery.

the-giftingstudio.com takes every precaution to make our site as secure as possible. SSL is used to encrypt and protect the data you send us over the internet to ensure that your details are safe. We do not hold any credit card details on record.

Singapore Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders delivered to a Singapore address are shipped via our standard courier.

• Orders below S$80: Flat shipping fee of S$5.90.
• Orders of S$80 and above: Free standard shipping.

Please allow 5–7 working days for your order to be processed, dispatched, and delivered.

Express Shipping

Due to the nature of certain items, express shipping is required and is available at a flat rate of S$15.00. Products requiring express shipping will be indicated on the product page and at checkout.
